Privacy policy

This policy explains how Noob vs Million and its website handle information.

Effective August 28, 2026 Version 1.0
01

Who we are

Noob vs Million is published by Cleverly (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the Noob vs Million mobile application (the “App”) and the promotional website at cleverly.no/apps/noob-vs-million.

For privacy questions or requests, email support@cleverly.no.

02

Information we handle

Game progress and settings

The App does not require an account or login. Progress, unlocked content, records, currencies, and settings are stored locally on your device. Cleverly does not receive this local save data. Clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App may erase it.

Website use

This website is static. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, account systems, or browser storage. Our hosting provider may process ordinary server logs, such as IP address, request time, requested page, and browser information, to deliver and secure the website.

Support messages

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, and message. We use it to respond, investigate problems, protect the App, and keep any records required by law.

03

Optional rewarded advertising

The App offers optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. You choose whether to watch an ad in exchange for a clearly described in-game benefit. Declining an ad does not remove normal gameplay rewards. Core gameplay works offline; advertising requires an internet connection.

The App currently requests non-personalized ads. Even for non-personalized or limited ads, Google and its partners may process information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in advertising. According to Google’s Mobile Ads SDK disclosure, this can include:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
  • app interactions such as launches, taps, and video views;
  • diagnostic and performance information; and
  • device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available.

Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google acts under its own terms and policies. Read Google’s Privacy Policy, How Google uses information for advertising, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.

04

Consent and your choices

Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present regional privacy messages and record advertising choices before requesting ads. You can review or change available advertising choices at any time in the App under Settings → Ad privacy choices.

You can also manage broader Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center and device-level advertising settings provided by Android.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise rights relating to information controlled by Cleverly. For information controlled by Google or another advertising partner, use that provider’s privacy controls.

05

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers only for the purposes described in this policy, including Google for advertising and consent management, our website hosting provider for site delivery and security, and email providers when you contact support.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.

06

Retention, deletion, and security

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall it. Because the App has no account system and does not send game progress to Cleverly, we cannot retrieve or delete that local data remotely.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain security and support records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Third-party providers determine retention for information they control under their own policies.

Network connections used by the App, AdMob, and this website use standard HTTPS/TLS protections where supported. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

07

Children

Noob vs Million is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their country. The App’s advertising configuration is marked as not child-directed, and the intended store audience is age 13 and older. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

08

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, website, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated inside the App when appropriate.
